The MSTM College Alumni Association (MASS) is the official alumni body of Mohammed Ali Shihab Thangal Memorial Arts and Science College. The association functions with the objective of maintaining a strong relationship between the institution and its former students, while promoting the development and welfare of the college community.
MASS is a registered association under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The association was formally registered with the Registration Number: MPM/CA/536/2022. Through this registration, the Alumni Association operates as a recognized body that coordinates alumni activities, supports academic and developmental initiatives of the college, and encourages meaningful engagement between alumni and the institution.
The association aims to strengthen alumni networking, contribute to the growth of the college, and support students through various academic, professional, and social initiatives.
VISION
The Alumni Association shall serve as a platform to bridge the gap of student-alumni interaction driven by the ideals and values that shall ensure the up liftment of both present and future alumni with support to build a social, knowledgeable and motivational capital for MSTM College and its students.
MISSION
The mission of the Alumni Association is to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive alumni community committed to deepening connections with each other and MSTM College for all time.
OBJECTIVES
- To advance the interest of the old students of the college, social, cultural, educational or otherwise.
- To promote spirit de corps among the old students of the college and between them and the college.
- To co-operate with the staff and students of the college in the celebration of Annual Alumni Day.
- To do everything possible to promote the welfare and the development of the college.
- To do such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objectives above specified.
- All the above activities of this society will be done without any profit motive.
