• Deliver lectures and conduct academic sessions as per the university curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and personal development.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
• Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and grading activities.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, faculty development programs, and conferences.
• Contribute to research, publications, and academic projects.
• Support departmental activities, student clubs, and institutional initiatives.
• Maintain discipline and promote an inclusive learning environment.

• Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks (or as per UGC norms).
• NET/SET qualification preferred (Ph.D. candidates will be given priority).
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
